We prioritise ecological and locally produced ingredients, and we promote the development of vegetarian dishes on the conference menu. We are well accustomed to managing special diets, and we consistently invest in ecological choices concerning wine and beer. And of course we are careful to offer good alcohol-free alternatives for meals as well as for refreshments. Everyone should take pleasure in being with us and get the chance to enjoy quality food and drink.
